The Guide to Getting Hitched

Or maybe just a guide to catering to your friends and family on YOUR special day! From day one you will work with the same FoodSmiths team member who will also be there in person on event day.

We help carefully go over every detail of the menu and take the time to integrate fully with your other vendors for a day you’ll never forget.

Availability:

Our schedule is filled on a first come, first serve basis. A ~50% deposit and signed contract are needed to secure your event with us. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the event.

Tastings:

We do offer tastings in house at our Dublin kitchen. These are scheduled by appt on weekdays, lunch times are most available, with select evenings available around other events. Cost is $200 for up to 4 people. Money spent is applied to wedding catering invoice if you choose to book with us.

Minimum Spend:

$3500. Applies to Weekend Weddings during peak season (June-October).

Sample Menus

Buffet

Choose two or three entrees, starch, and veggie. Comes with fresh baked rolls + butter. Don’t forget to add on the cake!

Family Style

Dinner setup provided on each seated guest table. Requires more rentals + staff than buffet.

Plated Meal

The top end option for a next level event. Our staff personally hands a plate to guests. The highest end service option.

Taco Bar

Complete with all the proteins, side dishes, and accouterments for a low key meal packed with tons of flavor

Full Food + Beverage Service

Dinner Buffet with added on Bartending + Beverage services. Let us take care of the entire menu!

Outdoor Venue

Includes all of the rented equipment to create a kitchen anywhere, along with buffet style service for top notch food quality
